Our first regional award — and it came from our customers
The BusinessRate Best of 2025 Award wasn't something we applied for. It's not a pay-to-play badge or a directory listing. BusinessRate analyzes verified Google Reviews across every pool cleaning service in Southern New England — Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut — and awards the top-rated business in each category.
In July 2025, that top spot belonged to North Shore Pool Boys. A small, CPO-certified team based in Peabody, MA — beating out every pool service company across three states. Not because of our marketing budget, but because of what our customers wrote about their experience working with us.

The award covers our full range of pool and hot tub services: weekly maintenance, seasonal openings and closings, equipment repair, water chemistry, liner installation, heater installation, leak detection, trenchless pipe repair, and hot tub service.
We serve 16 towns from our base in Peabody: Danvers, Middleton, Beverly, Salem, Saugus, Lynnfield, Marblehead, Swampscott, Lynn, Wakefield, Reading, North Reading, Topsfield, Wenham, and Hamilton.
