What makes the Benchmark Award different
In 2025, we earned the BusinessRate "Best of" Award for the first time — recognizing us as the highest-rated pool cleaning service in Southern New England based on Google Reviews. That was an honor we didn't expect.
The 2026 Benchmark Award goes further. While the "Best of" Award recognizes a single year of exceptional ratings, the Benchmark Award is reserved for businesses that sustain those ratings over consecutive years. It's BusinessRate's way of distinguishing a consistently excellent business from one that had a single good year.
Earning back-to-back recognition means our customers didn't just rate us well once — they kept rating us at the same level year after year, as our team grew and our service area expanded. That consistency is what we're most proud of.
From 7 towns to 16 — without dropping the standard
When we earned the 2025 award, we served 7 towns on the North Shore. By 2026, we'd expanded to 16 — adding Marblehead, Swampscott, Lynn, Wakefield, Reading, North Reading, Topsfield, Wenham, and Hamilton to our existing coverage of Peabody, Danvers, Middleton, Beverly, Salem, Saugus, and Lynnfield.
We also expanded our service offerings — adding heater installation, heater repair, professional leak detection, and trenchless pipe repair alongside our core maintenance, opening/closing, repair, and hot tub services. Growing the business while keeping the quality that earned the first award is the real challenge — and the Benchmark recognition confirms we met it.
